The U15B team beat Eastbourne 2-0 in a strong performance against a well-matched team. Roedean began the game at pace and were rewarded with two first half goals, well finished by Maud and Molly. The rest of the first half was evenly contested, but ended at 2-0 for Roedean.

The second half saw Eastbourne more on the attack, but Roedean held strong, launched attacks of their own and gained several short corners. Abbie and Almen were energetic and tenacious in midfield, Amara ran herself to a standstill, Maud was creative and Anya was dominant in the D and cleared several attacks. The result of this game in 2023 was 1-0 to Eastbourne, so huge credit should go to the girls for pulling off such a turnaround.
