The U13D played against Lingfield in a fantastic match at Roedean on Wednesday. The game started very well with Roedean going up 2 points early and holding the Lingfield attack. Roedean ended the 1st quarter 3-2 up and a few things to work on. The second and third quarters were both drawn 6-6 and 7-7 respectively, meaning the final quarter would decide the match. Throughout the match, Roedean were struggling to maintain possession following a turnover and after a few chats on driving forward and giving teammates a target and not stopping until the ball was in their hands, they made good progress. The match ended 11-7, with a huge defensive display and the shooters working very well to finish the game strongly.
