Wild, wet and windy was the theme of the match against Brighton College. With gale force winds and rain falling horizontally, it was tough conditions for the rematch against Brighton College. We started really well having two 1-1 opportunities against the keeper and just not managing to score past a very impressive goal keeper. We had a couple more attacking opportunities and just couldn't find the final pass. 10 minutes of chaos then followed in the first half where Brighton stepped up the pressure and we fell off the intensity after not scoring any of our chances early on. Brighton score 4 goals in 10 minutes with some good hockey and the girls stepping off their players inside the D. After halftime, the girls stepped it up again and the weather cleared to make it a very entertaining second half and the score remaining at 4-0 to Brighton College.
