In a highly-anticipated fixture after our previous defeat to Lancing, the students were determined to get a positive result against Brighton College. After an excellent training session at the start of the week, the students brought that form to the first half, in which the Roedean students scored an early goal from great open play and finished by a very surprised Izzy.

The strong start continued by Roedean winning multple short corners and having plenty of chances, and finally the second goal came from a short corner struck in by Player of the Match, Grace. At half-time, the message was the same however to lift the intensity in and around the attacking goal, but to ensure a clean sheet for us. The students responded to this well by scoring three goals in the second half, two by Polly and another by Grace. This ensured a very good performance overall.
